Ticket Submission

Clients can enter tickets one of 2 ways through a custom portal or by simply sending an email. Below you will find a video walk through of how a client submits a ticket via the custom web portal, and a PDF explaining how tickets are organized in ConnectWise based on the email address it was sent to.
